RETURN POLICY It's important to us that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. We strive to have exceptional customer service. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your product, we offer the following return policy: As long as the item is not used and is in perfect condition, you may return the merchandise within 14 days of shipping date. Merchandise returned after 14 days is subject to a $10.00 or 10% ( whichever is smaller ) restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Please wrap, package and seal the merchandise securely with the original invoice and packing materials, if possible. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the item and if it is in its original condition your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
